We Believe
Our mission is to inspire, empower and motivate women to take action in bringing their dreams and visions to reality.
Our vision is to build a non-competitive environment where women take ownership in helping one another reach their full potential.
We take pride in helping our sisters fulfill their missions by supporting their visions to start successful businesses and initiatives, and become overall better women. We do this by engaging in four exercises:

Idea generation and fleshing out the idea(s)

Creating realistic goals and action steps with attainable deadlines

Identifying accountability partners to assist you along the way

Making connections to existing resources to assist with execution and implementation

Our Flagship Program: Sisters Supporting Sisters
Sisters Supporting Sisters is WAVE's flagship event that brings women together to support each other personally, professionally, and in their businesses. An event where women will be empowered, inspired, and enlightened by one another. Sisters Supporting Sisters convenes women to meet and make new friends, learn about new women-owned businesses to support, and to expand their network. We believe that when women collaborate with, and support each other, incredible things happen. Keep an eye out on our calendar for details on our next Sisters Supporting Sisters event.
